New tyres for TFS developers (Technical Film Service)

This new tyre has been designed especially for high speed TFS developers. Built in P.P silicone material, the resistance to wear and chemicals is very good.

The surface of the tyres is smooth, angles are perfectly straights thanks to the injection technology that Techniform uses, and mounting on the TFS rollers is easy too.

The tyres are already available in two sizes, S & L, in regards with the rollers that you use:

-    BRA 27x57 (S Size)

-    BRA 25x82 (L Size)

New! AR vacuum squeegees range

Innovation in vacuum blade area, Techniform has designed a new revolutionary process which combines resistance to wear and film care. Our new range of vacuum squeegees provides a very soft lip (Polyurethane in 45 to 60 shore A) and hard body.

This hardness is given by a hard P.P insert inside the body of the squeegee which ensures a high longevity of the product. The softness of the Polyurethane provides a perfect drying without any risk of scratching onto the tape.

In this way, the new AR range is perfectly adapted for negative runs (AR 745 & AR 750) and positive runs (AR 750 & AR 756). This range is replacing old AS range in 38mm, same as AK range and bi-silicone blades from ARRi.

New! Rollers and tyres for Filmlab Processors

After development of a new range of products for Photomec processors, Techniform has now decided to launch items dedicated to Filmlab processors. In that way, Techniform is happy to present its new rollers and tyres especially designed for these machines.

Manufactured with the same Injection Technology than for Photomec’s ones, these new rollers PL 820/35 (FL) will ensure a high resistance and a very good chemical resistance. Built in 67 shore D P.P, our rollers are perfectly balanced and ensure a high efficiency.

The tyres BRA 39x47 (FL) are also manufactured with the same Injection Technology than for our other tyres already available. Made in 35 Shore A Silicone P.P, these tyres will provide you a perfect run onto your Filmlab processor without any risk for the film and remain very easy to fit onto your rollers.
